Authentic Sicilian Experience

Doric Farm

In order to favor the philosophy of zero-mile products as much as possible, we have initiated the cultivation of almonds, pistachios, olive trees and a small vineyard on the land adjacent to the property. We also have, under license, the cultivation of prickly pears from the Valley of the Temples, used in the production of our bitters. We are renovating an old 19th-century house to hold picnics and cooking classes for our guests.
